Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of retail staff.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed.
Train, coach, and develop staff to ensure they are meeting performance goals.
Monitor inventory levels and order new stock as needed.
Provide excellent customer service to customers.
Manage the store budget and ensure that all costs are controlled.
Maintain a safe working environment for all staff.
