Communications Dispatcher - (Full Time)
TLC Janitorial has an exciting position available!If you are organized and thrive in a position that requires multi-tasking, excellent computer skills, and love working in a fast-paced environment then this may be the job for you.
The Dispatcher is responsible for overseeing a wide variety of requests and helping to coordinate daily routing and functions associated with the scheduled services department.
Ideal applicants will be proficient in computer software applications, have excellent phone skills, and the ability to route technicians from accounts in an efficient manner.
Other job duties include receiving incoming calls from locations, monitoring service problems, and providing remote customer support.

Monday thru Friday 7:

Responsibilities:
After hours call answering and text support Call outs and No-show scheduling / Coverage reassignment Validate and process employee orders / Modify supply inaccuracies if necessary.
Update location order pads.
Manage client key inventory and distribution Fast Reaction & Decision Making Manage Cleaners time entries.
Manage asset tracking system Scheduling Administer/Monitor Daily and Weekly Scheduling.
advise/notify on current coverage situations, labor resource position.
Job Requirements:
Highly organized with strong attention to detail Able to multi-task and manage varied situations with limited oversight Confident decision maker.
Able to set and administer operational plans Strong communication and customer service skills necessary Strong general computer skills (outlook, Excel) Ability to learn and master company specific operating systemsPreferred candidates will have:
1-2 years customer service experience 1-2 years experience in commercial cleaningTLC Janitorial, Inc.
