- Take food and drink orders from customers and enter them into the POS system - Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner - Ensure accuracy in order delivery and address any customer concerns or special requests - Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for guests - Clear and clean tables after customers have finished their meals - Assist with food preparation, such as assembling salads or appetizers, as needed - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and kitchen - Handle cash transactions, including operating the cash register and processing payments Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Server is required (1 year minimum) - Basic math skills to handle cash transactions accurately - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required - Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices Note:
