Modern office setting SEEKING LABORER / CLEANING PERSON FOR OFFICE & WEARHOUSE UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND ONGOING CLEANING Duties:
- Perform general labor tasks as assigned by supervisor - Load and unload materials and equipment - Operate hand and power tools - Clean and maintain work areas - Assist with construction and demolition projects - Follow safety guidelines and protocols - Clean common areas, bathrooms and walkways weekly Requirements:
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor tasks - Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions - Basic knowledge of hand and power tools - Strong work ethic and willingness to learn - Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team - High school diploma or equivalent preferred Note:
