Summary
The Associate Manager is responsible for supporting and communicating the established Service Culture and Customer Experience that is representative of Under Armour. The Associate Manager assists the management team in areas of recruiting, training and management of various aspects of store support. The Associate Manager must have a passion for the UA brand, embody UA culture and believe in the company spirit, be able to lead a team, and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Drive Sales & Performance Indicators for self and Sales Associates while leading the floor.
Exhibit and Model the Service Culture and Customer Experience Fundamentals for Sales Associates.
Maintain appropriate floor coverage while lading the floor; communicate issues to Store/Assistant Store Manager.
Support Sales Associates' Training through On-Boarding process in areas of: Service & Selling Performance, Product Knowledge, Point of Sale (POS) & general Store Standards.
Assist Management Team in Recruiting and Interviewing Sales Associates.
Provide constructive feedback to the management team in the areas of: Sales, Service, People, Product & Process.
Share relevant Retail & Brand communication to Store Team; Lead Team Shift Huddles.
Maintain daily Store Standards, ensure completion of various Daily Tasks.
Oversee Supply and Facility Management.

Ability to move or handle merchandise up to 50lbs.
Ability to processinformation/merchandise through computer and/or point-of-sale register system.
Ability to freely access all areas of the store; including the selling floor, stock area and register area.
Ability to operate all equipment necessary to run the store.
Ability to climb ladders.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (or similar) or 2 years of retail experience.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
