Environmental Specialist - Field Chemist

Day in the Life
Every day is a little different, traveling to a different customer site each day:
Travel to customer site in company vehicle
Meet and greet the customer onsite to review the job
Identify, segregate, and package expired and discarded chemicals
Work with the customer to help solve problems
Identify any work changes or additional materials
Perform other related duties as assigned
What you need to apply
Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
An understanding of basic chemistry
An ability to learn and understand regulations (RCRA (Resource Conservation Act), DOT, etc.) as it relates to waste characterization and waste processing protocols
Strong computer skills
Fewer than 3 driving violations in the past 3 years
The desire to obtain a CDL Class B with Hazmat and Tanker endorsement

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
